DCA, a Memphis-based creative communications consulting firm, is pleased to welcome Erin Mosher as Art Director.

In addition to her background in brand strategy and art direction, Mosher brings a new in-house range of photography, videography, and animation capabilities to DCA, increasing the depth of creative strategies and solutions the firm offers within its own walls at 11 W. Huling. The new headquarters space features a 30x30-foot cyclorama for creative production, among other uses.

“Securing in-house video capability for DCA has been a priority, as the significance of video when it comes to engaging and informing the public simply can’t be overstated,” said Doug Carpenter, principal at DCA. “Erin’s fresh perspectives on our clients’ visual elements, coupled with her proficiency with video and editing, have already proven successful for DCA, and especially for our clients.”

Erin is additionally pursuing an M.B.A., further adding value to DCA’s core service of business-based creative communications solutions.

Originally from Decatur, Alabama, Mosher earned a B.F.A. in graphic design from Auburn University, where her portfolio received a 2014 Graphic Design USA Packaging Award. She most recently served as Art Director at Telegraph Creative in Birmingham, where she was a photographer of a Gold ADDY-winning integrated brand identity campaign. Erin moved to Memphis in June with her husband Zach Mosher, an orthopedic surgery resident with UT-Campbell Clinic.

“Although new to the city, I already feel a constant wave of new opportunities for civic change and cultural growth in Memphis, and DCA’s clients are some of the greatest examples,” said Mosher. “I’m eager to capture that energy in real time, then do my part in sharing it with the Memphis community.”
